O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass Event at Mountain Motor Speedway Rained Out; Make Up Date August 29

 

Isom, KY-July 4, 2008- The O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series Super Late Models made their first trip to Mountain Motor Speedway since 2005, but the evening’s activities ended prematurely as Mother Nature moved into the area and dropped a deluge of rain, forcing track and series officials to cancel the remainder of the evening’s race program.  Continued...

O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass Rained Out at 201 Speedway

 

Sitka, KY-July 5, 2008- The O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series Super Late Models were set for their second appearance of the 2008 race season at 201 Speedway on Saturday evening, but heavy rains moved over the Sitka, KY clay oval around 5:00 p.m., forcing track and series officials to cancel the evening’s race program.  Continued...

Bardstown, KY-April 26, 2008- The O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series presented by Graphic Impressions would be in action at the David and Anita Ferrell promoted Bluegrass Speedway in Bardstown, KY on Saturday evening for the 11th Annual Spring Sizzler and Mike Marlar of Winfield, TN would make it two straight wins in this event, having also won the race in 2007.  The victory for Marlar also gave him eleven series win, making him the all-time leading series winner at this point and marked the second different for the series in two events in 2008.
