May 16, 2008 O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass May 16 Event at Ponderosa Speedway Rained Out Louisville, Kentucky-May 16, 2008- Overnight rains, plus persistent morning rain showers, have forced Ponderosa Speedway track promoters Larry, Chad, and Sarah Yantz to postpone the O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series Super Late Model division event scheduled for Friday evening, May 16.   Continued.., May 11, 2008 O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series Pulls to Ponderosa Speedway on May 16 Louisville, Kentucky-May 11, 2008- The O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series presented by Graphic Impressions will continue its 2008 championship points chase this weekend with an event on Friday May 16 at Ponderosa Speedway in Junction City, KY.  The event, the 9th Annual Hugh “Junebug” Rowland Memorial, will now take place on May 16, instead of the originally rescheduled date of June 13.   Continued...

May 11, 2008 Lee Leads The Way in O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass Hoosier Dirt Classic at Brownstown Brownstown, IN- May 10, 2008- The O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series presented by Graphic Impressions presented event number four of its 2008 racing schedule with the 25th Annual Hoosier Dirt Classic presented by Bob Poynter Ford of Seymour, IN at the Tim Keithley promoted Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, IN, with series points leader and defending series champion Victor Lee of Stanford, KY picking up the $3,000 payday.  Continued...

May 6, 2008 Ponderosa Speedway O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass Event Now Goes on May 16 Louisville, Kentucky-May 5, 2008- O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series officials would like to announce that the rained out 9th Annual Hugh “Junebug” Rowland Memorial event will now be contested on Friday evening, May 16.  The original make-up date was announced as June 13, but has now been changed and will be on Friday May 16 at the Larry, Chad, and Sarah Yantz promoted facility. May 4, 2008 Josh McGuire Makes the Right Moves for O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass Win at Richmond Raceway   Richmond, KY- May 3, 2008- The O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series presented by Graphic Impressions contested their third event of the 2008 campaign at the Mark and Tommy Trimble promoted Richmond Raceway in Richmond, KY and Josh McGuire of Grayson, KY would become the third different winner with the series so far in 2008 as the second generation racer scored his second career O’Reilly Battle of the Bluegrass DirtCar Series Super Late Model division victory of his career.
